How AppraiseMint LLC uses information on this pre-launch website. This is not the full product Privacy Policy.
Scope
This notice covers https://appraisemint.co and www.appraisemint.co (this coming-soon site), including the waitlist form. It does not cover accounts, payments, vehicle files, or reports. Those are not offered here. The full Privacy Policy will apply when the complete product launches.
What we collect
- Waitlist email if you submit “Notify me at launch.” We deliver that address to support@appraisemint.co so we can tell you when Free Estimate and reports go live. If the form cannot reach our servers, your email app may open instead.
- Security and abuse signals on waitlist submit, such as IP address and browser type, so we can limit spam.
- Technical data from visiting the site: pages requested, approximate location from IP at the network edge, and security cookies Cloudflare may set to run the site (see Cookies).
We do not ask for a name, VIN, payment card, or claim file on this site.
How we use it
- To email you once (or a small number of times) about launch.
- To operate, secure, and understand this website (hosting, bot checks, basic analytics).
- To respond if you write privacy@appraisemint.co or support@appraisemint.co.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use waitlist emails for unrelated marketing lists.
Who can see it
- AppraiseMint operators who send launch notices.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and provides security and optional Web Analytics (privacy-oriented measurement; not an ad network).
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until we have notified you of launch, you ask us to delete the address, or we no longer need it for that purpose — then we delete or de-identify it. Security logs are kept only as long as needed to run and protect the site.
Security
We use HTTPS and Cloudflare’s edge protections. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send Social Security numbers or other sensitive files to the waitlist form.
Your privacy rights
If you are in the United States, you may ask us what waitlist information we have about you, to correct an email, or to delete it. Email privacy@appraisemint.co. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are treated as a request not to sell or share; we do not sell or share in any event.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their emails.
